Intersections is an Album and Publication based on a Live Perfomance. The event was presented MDC Maisonneuve, in collaboration with Akousme, november 10th 2019. The album features solo and collaborative performance by the duet Chabanel, Claude L’Anthrope, and Raphaël Néron.
The release of the album on Small Scale Music is scheduled for September 2020.
For this series of performance, I’ve work with custom instruments that I have been developing over the past year. In addition to my modified turntable, which allows me to modulate audio and video signals, I use a glass marbles instrument that allows me to trigger sounds. An album of my collaboration with Claude L’Anthrope is also coming up!
